Sometimes, after installing your Luxster LED bulbs, you may find that they don’t light up. This could be due to polarity issues, connection issues, or the need for additional decoders/CANBUS. Worry not, we’ve got solutions right here!
Problem Diagnosis and Solutions:
-
Check Polarity:
- Luxster bulbs are polarized. If they don’t light up, try flipping the plug 180 degrees and reinserting it to see if that resolves the issue.
-
Recheck Connections:
- Ensure that the metal prongs of the plug are fully in contact with the metal prongs of the socket, with no loose or broken connections.
-
Test the Bulbs:
- If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, you may want to test these bulbs under a 12V voltage. If they work fine under 12V but not when connected to the vehicle, an additional decoder/CANBUS might be required.
